Job Title: Domiciliation Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Domiciliation Officer to join our Legal Team at Lemanik Asset Management S.A.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing corporate secretarial tasks, organizing board and shareholders meetings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage corporate secretarial tasks for a portfolio of companies, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Organize and coordinate board and shareholders meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and distributed in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and follow up on corporate events, such as board directorship appointments, removals, and renewals.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, notaries, banks, and other relevant parties.
  • Assist the legal team in maintaining physical and electronic archives of the company.
  • Support internal processes and provide administrative assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Master or bachelor degree in Law or a related field.
  • Between 2 and 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position within the Luxembourg fund industry.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and French (mandatory).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
