Pour renforcer notre équipe, nous recrutons un **Legal Officer**
Le poste comprend les tâches suivantes:
- Préparation de documents juridiques tels que procès-verbaux du conseil d'administration, résolutions des actionnaires, contrats de prêt, contrat de domiciliation, registre d’actionnaires, procurations, organigrammes etc. ;
- Maintenir, archiver et mettre à jour les documents de l'entreprise (accords, procès-verbaux des réunions de l'AG et du CA, registre des actionnaires, RBE, politiques de l'entreprise) ;
- Assister les clients dans la constitution de sociétés de nature commerciale, SOPARFI, financement, immobilier ;
- Être en relation directe avec les tiers (banquiers, comptables, clercs de notaire, ministères & prestataires de services) ;
- Effectuer des recherches sur des questions juridiques spécifiques (droit de sociétés, loi 2002 concernant RCS, etc.) ;
- Analyse de dossiers KYC (qualité administrative du dossier, respect des normes réglementaires, etc.).

To strengthen our team, we are recruiting a **Legal Officer**
The position includes the following tasks:
- Preparing legal documents such as board minutes, shareholder resolutions, loan agreements, domiciliation agreements, shareholder register, powers of attorney, organisation charts etc;
- Maintaining, archiving and updating corporate documents (agreements, minutes of AGM and Board meetings, shareholders' register, RBE, corporate policies);
- Assisting clients with the incorporation of companies of a commercial nature, SOPARFI, financing, real estate, etc;
- Liaise directly with third parties (bankers, accountants, notaries, government departments & service providers);
- Researching specific legal issues (company law, 2002 law concerning RCS, etc.);
- Analysis of KYC files (administrative quality of the file, compliance with regulatory standards, etc.).
