**About the Role**:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Global Sales Force Automation (SFA) Manager to drive harmonization across markets, streamline visit processes, and strengthen governance by designing and implementing a global template solution for Field Visit Management. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in delivering world-class business tools that improve Sales Force effectiveness.

**Main tasks**

**Product Ownership**:
You will act as the product owner for Sales Force Automation, taking the lead in developing and implementing a series of initiatives to track data and assist markets in managing and monitoring sales performance. Your primary focus will be on driving the design and implementation of relevant reports and accurate management information, enabling operational and managerial decision-making.

**Blueprint Development**:
You will coordinate in-market trade visits during the blueprint development phase to gain a deep understanding of local business needs. Working closely with Ferrero's internal IT platform owners, system integrators, and IT center of experts, you will play a crucial role in sharpening the functionalities offered by global automation tools. By analyzing different Route-to-Market models and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), you will ensure the delivery of world-class business tools that enhance sales force effectiveness.

**Continuous Improvement**:
Maintaining Sales Force Capabilities templates, processes, tools, and KPIs to leading-edge standards will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will actively collaborate with markets, collecting feedback, and elaborating new ideas to potentially revisit existing models and implement new tools and add-ons in response to evolving business demands and needs. Additionally, you will participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for external integrator/vendor selection and contribute to the blueprint development of future tools related to Image Recognition, Route Optimization, Remuneration Management, and Planogram Development.

**Change Management**:
Your role will also involve fostering synergies with other business units and sharing best practice models. You will facilitate Change Management by identifying areas/processes most impacted by changes and implementing effective mitigation actions. Furthermore, you will identify constraints for business continuity and plan accurate de-risking activities, ensuring a progressive roll-out that includes comprehensive go-live checklists and flow completeness checks.

**Who we are looking for**:
We are looking for a dynamic Global Sales Force Automation (SFA) Manager with 5-8 years of experience in roles such as Field Sales Manager, Trade Marketing, Commercial Excellence roles on Country level, or consulting. As a skilled project manager, you should have a deep understanding of business processes and thrive in a matrix organization.

With your analytical mindset and strategic thinking, you excel at analyzing Route-to-Market models and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive Sales Force effectiveness. Your ability to navigate change and implement effective mitigation actions is a testament to your change management expertise.

In summary, you are a results-driven leader, experienced in sales operations, adept at project management, and capable of driving impactful change.
