**Main duties and responsibilities**:
About the job
We are opening a brand-new vacancy to support our Sales team in expanding Kronospan activities,
Your day-to-day work revolves around the following:
- Telephone customer support and advice ;
- Close cooperation with the external sales team, logistics and planning department, credit control ;
- Offer preparation, order acceptance, processing and follow-up support ;
**Requirements**:
Our perfect match for this role is someone business-oriented, highly reliable with a certain interest for industrial environments.
Also, to be our future Sales Clerk on the Benelux Market, you must answer the following prerequisites:
- Excellent command of English, Dutch and French, German and Spanish are a serious plus ;
- Good understanding of sales principles and customer service ;
- Good knowledge of MS Office ;
- High motivation and commitment ;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills ;
- Independent working style ;
- Proven experience in sales environment is preferred.
