For one of our clients, a European Institution located in Luxembourg Kirchberg, Sofitex Talent is currently looking for an:
**Finance Directorate - Operational Assistant (M/F)**

The Operational Assistant will execute a wide range of administrative and coordination duties within the PRI unit in order to ensure the efficient administration and use of resources within FI.

In particular, will be handling the operational and administrative tasks of the Unit, including:
1- Logistics, facilities, IT accesses requests

2- Ensure some back-up in other areas of PRI Unit (that could be some budget tasks,/ training requests follow-up/some HR tasks)

Tasks:

- Organise FI staff movements (arrivals, internal mobility and departures),
- Monitor and coordinate requests for IT equipment & accesses by FI colleagues to ensure they have what is, needed to operate.
- Maintaining some dashboards, communicate with colleagues from "Staffing" part of the Unit to verify the status on staff movements in the Directorate, provide back-up on trainings requests monitoring.
- Monitor the mailbox (many interactions with various contractors companies)
- Preparation of staff movements news in Intranet-amendment of WDW.

Profil recherché

Key competencies:

- **Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and a good knowledge of French.**:

- Will need to collaborate with other assistants in the Division and the other assistants within the FI Directorate & interacts with the managers for various types of staff movements.
- Should be open to diversity, and to align her/his own behaviour with the organisation’s needs and intrinsic values, acting with integrity in ways that promote the organisation’s mission, policies and rules.
- Certified secondary level education, complemented with a 2-year certification in a relevant field (e.g. secretarial studies, business administration);
- At least **3 years of relevant professional experience;**

**This is an opportunity for an initial contract of 2 months, with possible extensions afterwards.**

**Salary ranges between 3,350€ and 4,230€ gross per month, depending on experience.
