We are seeking a **Business Analyst** to oversee and enhance key processes for our client, a European Institution for a temporary contract.

Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enhance key processes within the Finance Directorate, ensuring they are executed promptly and suggesting improvements as necessary
- Implementing best business practices for document creation, sharing, and archiving to uphold documentation quality and effective organization of information
- Serving as the initial point of contact within the Finance Directorate, overseeing document practices, offering guidance to users, and facilitating knowledge sharing initiatives
- Managing and overseeing changes to information/document management processes in alignment with policy standards
- Providing operational support to the hosting unit, including tasks such as system updates, reporting, and maintaining the smartsite
Your Profile:
- You have a university degree in information management/technology or a related discipline
- Preferred: You hold a project management qualification with a demonstrated track record
- Minimum of 3 years experience in information management roles or closely related fields such as process management
- Proficient verbal and written communication abilities in English; proficiency in French is advantageous
- Familiarity with OpenText is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- You have a comprehensive understanding of document management principles, including retention, archiving, and distinguishing between documents and records
- You possess strong problem-solving skills
- You are skilled in prioritizing responsibilities and meeting deadlines effectively
