Le/la coordinateur(trice) RH et MG pilotera deux ressources d’activités du service : les généralités RH et le patrimoine mobilier et immobilier de la filiale. Le/la coordinateur(trice) RH et MG aura une fonction support aux autres métiers : fonctions et responsabilité liées aux thématiques suivantes : administration du personnel, gestion des moyens généraux, animation de l’image interne/externe de la filiale.

**Activités***:
**Dans le cadre de vos missions, vous aurez la charge de**:
**Ressources Humaines**:

- ** Gestion administrative du personnel**: De l'embauche à l'intégration, vous gérerez toutes les étapes administratives avec rigueur et réactivité.
- ** Paie et gestion des talents**: Vous travaillerez avec notre fiduciaire pour préparer la paie, tout en contribuant à la gestion des compétences et des carrières des collaborateurs.
- ** Optimisation des outils RH**: Vous serez acteur(trice) dans le suivi des évolutions des effectifs et dans la mise à jour des systèmes RH, avec des reporting mensuels de performance

**Missions polyvalentes**:

- ** Accueil et gestion de la filiale**: Vous serez le point de contact principal pour tous les aspects liés à l’accueil, à la gestion des prestataires et à la sécurité de nos locaux et outils numériques.
- ** Gestion des fournitures et équipements**: Vous assurerez le bon approvisionnement en matériels, de bureau et IT, et coordonnerez les entrées et sorties de matériel.
- ** Organisation d'événements**: Vous serez chargé(e) de l’organisation d’événements internes et externes, créant des moments de convivialité et de partage pour nos équipes.
- ** Support à la direction**: Vous apporterez une aide précieuse à la direction, en gérant la communication interne, les plannings, et en rédigeant des documents clés.

**Votre profil**:

- De formation initiale bac +3 Généralités RH / Management des entreprises PME/PMI ou expérience équivalente
- Solide expérience en administration RH et en gestion des moyens généraux.
- Vous êtes capable de jongler entre des missions variées, avec une forte capacité d’adaptation.
- Vous avez un excellent sens de l'organisation, une bonne gestion des priorités et une attitude proactive.
- Respect des obligations, normes, règlementations et procédures
- Connaissances en droit social local
- Connaissance parfaite du français, l’anglais et l’allemand sont appréciés
