Notre client est une société internationale indépendante, intervenant principalement dans l’investissement et le développement immobilier dédié au retail en Europe.
Dans le cadre de l’accroissement de son portefeuille d’investissements, cette société a décidé de développer la franchise d’un acteur de la restauration rapide mondialement connu sur le territoire luxembourgeois, avec pour objectif d’ouvrir plusieurs points de vente dans les prochaines années. La première ouverture se fera au cours du second semestre 2023. Afin d’accompagner ce déploiement nous recherchons le futur Country Manager / Responsable des Opérations (F/H).
Le futur collaborateur sera l’interlocuteur privilégié de la relation franchisé/franchiseur, garant du respect du contrat de franchise et ayant un pouvoir d’actions
et d’orientations (définition des prix de vente, recrutement et animation des équipes, formations..).
Représentant opérationnel de la franchise, Il sera le garant de l’ouverture réussie et de la performance de chacun de ses restaurants, ce qui implique le recrutement, la formation et l’animation
des équipes dans un objectif d’excellence. Il sera également le garant du respect de la réglementation, notamment en terme d’hygiène et il sera le contact de référence avec
les administrations.
**Principales missions**:
Constitution de ses équipes,
Gestion opérationnelle et management des restaurants,
Implication dans la vie du réseau et présence aux rendez-vous clés avec le franchiseur,
Mise en œuvre des obligations contractuelles et réglementaires,
Réalisation des revues de performance avec le franchiseur et avec l’actionnaire.
Ce poste est basé au Luxembourg. Des déplacements sont à prévoir, principalement durant les premiers mois en France pour la formation aux standards de la marque représentée.
**Profil recherché**:
Solide expérience de management d’équipes et d’un P&L dans la restauration rapide ou collective au Luxembourg, en France ou en Belgique.
Aptitudes et volonté de participer à un projet de développement ambitieux impliquant l’ouverture de plusieurs points de vente avec des standards de qualité et de performance élevés.
Un profil de Manager expérimenté d’un restaurant avec un fort potentiel pourrait éventuellement être considéré toutefois le profil idéal est un Directeur d’exploitation/Responsable de plusieurs entités.
**Langues**: Français courant. La maitrise d’une ou plusieurs des autres langues suivantes serait appréciée : anglais, portugais, allemand et/ou luxembourgeois.
Il s’agit d’une opportunité rare de participer à un projet entrepreneurial pour déployer nationalement une marque reconnue avec le support financier d’un acteur solide.
