- **Tätigkeitsprofil / Aufgaben**:
- **Beratung und Betreuung von Führungskräften zu Produkten und Services zum individuellen Arbeitsverhältnis, zu individuellen Führungsthemen (z.B. Performance Management, Talent Management), individuellen Maßnahmen, **Mitarbeitergesprächen, **arbeitsrechtlichen Themen sowie bei der Umsetzung geltender Policies**:
- **Beratung und Betreuung von Bewerbern und Mitarbeitern**:
- **Steuerung und Durchführung des gesamten Prozesses zur Umsetzung aller personellen Einzelmaßnahmen**:
- **Organisation und Durchführung aller **Recruitingaktivitäten**:
- **Administrative Abwicklung aller **Personalangelegenheiten**:
- **Vorbereitung und Durchführung der jährlichen Vergütungsrunde**:
- **Datenpflege in den HR Systemen und zu verschiedene Statistiken**
- **Erfahrung/Kenntnisse**:
- **Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der **Betriebswirtschaftslehre **mit dem Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement oder vergleichbare akademische Ausbildung bzw. berufspraktische Erfahrung**:
- **Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einem HR-Bereich, in der Finanzwelt und/oder im internationalen Umfeld von Vorteil**:
- **Ausgeprägtes **Kommunikationsgeschick **sowie die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in die Belange der Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter einzufühlen**:
- **Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch von Vorteil**:
- **Professionelles und selbstbewusstes Auftreten sowie Teamfähigkeit**:
