**PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FOR A FAMILY OFFICE - CDD**:
As an Administrative Assistant for a Family Office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and organized administrative and financial operations of the office. You will provide support to the Family Office team and assist in managing various tasks and responsibilities. Your primary duties will include:
**Administrative Support**:

- Handle general office tasks such as managing correspondence, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments;
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents;
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports as required;
- Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics, travel arrangements, and agenda preparation;
**Financial Assistance**:

- Assist in managing financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking, and budget management;
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and presentations;
- Coordinate with external parties such as banks, accountants, and vendors for financial matters;
- Assist in monitoring and updating financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations;
**Data Management**:

- Maintain confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism;
- Manage and update databases, including client information, contracts, and legal documents;
- Generate and analyze reports, charts, and graphs for data visualization;
- Project Coordination;
- Assist in coordinating various projects, including research, data collection, and analysis;
- Collaborate with team members and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution;
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables;
**Relationship Management**:

- Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and other external parties, ensuring excellent customer service;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, displaying professionalism and courtesy;

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information;
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
- Familiarity with financial and accounting principles is a plus;
