Manpower Permanent Placement recrute pour l'un de ses clients, une société de service opérant au sein d'une institution Européenne, un HR Coordinator (H/F/X).

**Coordination de Programme**:
Gestion du processus administratif complet de A à Z
Réalisation de vérifications de conformité
Gestion des extensions de contrat, des bons de commande et des tâches administratives
Gestion des processus d'intégration et de désintégration, y compris la documentation et les relations avec les contractants
Création d'ordres de travail et liaison avec les fournisseurs
Suivi et archivage des documents de conformité des contractants
Gestion des appels téléphoniques et des messages

**Gestion des Feuilles de Temps et des Factures**:
Suivi des procédures standard pour garantir la conformité du processus de bout en bout
Suivi et suivi des activités, y compris la documentation du programme et le support utilisateur
Fourniture d'un support de première ligne pour les clients, les fournisseurs et les travailleurs utilisant la technologie
Suivi et suivi des soumissions et des approbations des feuilles de temps

**Gestion du Client Institutionnel**:
Servir de point de contact principal pour les préoccupations des clients et des fournisseurs
Coordination des réunions de rattrapage hebdomadaires avec le Manager Opérationnel

**Gestion des Fournisseurs**:
Soutien aux fournisseurs pour garantir des taux de placement réussis
Évaluation de la performance et de la conformité des fournisseurs
Maintien de relations positives avec les fournisseurs et assistance à la résolution des problèmes

**Profil**:
Diplôme de baccalauréat ou expérience équivalente
1 année et plus d'expérience pertinente dans un environnement orienté vers le service.
Expérience dans un environnement de travail rapide ou de service/solution
Aptitude technique avec d'excellentes compétences en coordination et en orientation processus
Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais

**Connaissances de**:
Suite Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Les technologies RH telles que les systèmes de gestion des fournisseurs (VMS) sont un plus

**Capacité à**:
Démontrer d'excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale
Organiser, planifier et hiérarchiser le travail efficacement
Penser de manière proactive et trouver des approches orientées solutions
Maintenir une attitude positive et motivée
