Your Responsibilities:


As HR Coordinator, you will cover all aspects of HR in a dynamic International Asset Management company with over 30 employees in Luxembourg and 300+ worldwide.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a contact for employees and external providers for HR inquiries
  • Coordinating the recruitment process and collaborating with service providers and internal stakeholders
  • Participating in HR projects, running point on Labor Law legislation, and other HR local and EUwide initiatives
  • Supporting the HR Manager in administrative and Labor Law tasks in Luxembourg and internationally
  • Business travel across market coverage
  • North and Central Europe
  • Delivering support during the monthly payroll and annual compensation policy
  • Being responsible for the annual training calendar and all administrative tasks related to internal and external training
  • Vacation planning and coordination
  • In charge of HR documentation and digital data management
  • Focusing on employee wellbeing

Qualifications & Required Experience:
-
Minimum 4 years of experience in an HR position in Luxembourg

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in HR

Fluency in English and German is mandatory:

  • Very good command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong sense of confidentiality, discretion, and diplomacy with excellent customer skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities among a variety of tasks
  • Focus, attention to detail and accuracy, efficiency, and flexibility
  • Cando attitude, highly motivated to collaborate and find opportunities to assist
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing, friendly, pleasant personality
  • Familiarity with Luxembourg Labor Code and other relevant regulations e.g., Tax
