**Office Management Assistant (H/F) - CDI**
**Your mission**:
You will be a part of our Office Management team. Your tasks will be diverse and varied, and will include:
- Administrative support;
- Follow-up on the Facilities maintenance;
- E-mails management;
- Update of the internal policies on the Intranet;
- Support on various projects;
- Occasionally reinforcing the Reception team.
**Your profile**:
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a receptionist or in an office management department;
- You are service-minded;
- You are fluent in English and have a good command of French. Knowledge of Luxembourgish, Dutch and/or German is an advantage;
- You are a proficient user of MS Office tools;
- You can work autonomously and with a team;
- You can adapt to your environment;
- You are responsible and proactive
- You have the ability to organise, analyse and summarise, and are able to take the initiative.
