The Corporate Assistant will be based in Luxembourg to strengthen the Capital Market and Legal department. And will be responsible for ensuring that our business operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations while also mitigating legal risks.

**You will be in charge of the following responsibilities**:
- Keeping the companies in good standing near the LBR (RCS, RBE), be able to realize the required publications (fulfil the required forms)
- Preparation of board meetings (supporting documentation) and taking the minutes
- Collect, check and analyse AML/KYC documentation
- Maintain database with updated documentation (including sensitive & confidential information)
- Be able to communicate with external parties (banks, administration etc ) under supervision
- Support and perform administrative requirements for various committees and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Follow up invoices and costs
- Support to make payments
- Support to manage bank issues (opening, closing, online access, etc)
- Maintain multiple calendars & set appointments (ex: annual statutory meetings/board of direction)
- Help with ad hoc requests
- Other tasks as assigned
**What kind of profile we are looking for**:
- Bachelor’s in law or Secretary Bachelor
- Approx. 3 years ‘experience in fiduciary, audit, tax firms or equivalent
- English and French mandatory, all other languages are an asset
- Experiencing using office management software (Windows suite)
- Notable organizational and clerical skills and the ability to provide organization and structure that others can follow
- Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Comfortable working independently when needed, while being part of a team
- Spirit of positiveness, initiative, and autonomy
