Depuis sa création il y une dizaine d’années, cette PSF se positionne comme un acteur qui mise sur la qualité de ses services et la **fiabilité de ses clients**. C’est bien pour cette raison qu’elle a pu développer un portefeuille de clients très prestigieux qui se compose surtout de Private Equity, Real Estate, Holdings et Fonds d’investissement régulés et non-régulés.
En tant que Senior Compliance Officer, vous aurez l’opportunité d’être exposé à des matières intéressantes et dans un certain sens, de « niche », vous permettant de devenir un spécialiste dans le domaine règlementaire. Dans cette équipe de 5 personnes, l’entraide est primordiale. Ses membres estiment que l’esprit d’équipe et la coordination avec les autres départements assurent la continuité de l’accompagnement qualitatif pour le client, ce qui est leur objectif principal.
**Vos responsabilités **| Senior Compliance Officer - PSF - AML KYC - Compliance**
- Vous vous assurez que la PSF met en place des procédures efficaces en conformité avec les normes et Directives européennes (AML/KYC, MIFID ).
- Vous êtes responsable de l’identification et l’évaluation des risques de conformité et adoptez une approche proactive afin de pouvoir les signaler rapidement.
- Vous vous chargez de la veille juridique et l’évolution règlementaire, tant au niveau national qu’européen, afin de pouvoir appliquer toute modification par la suite.
- Vous êtes le point de contact direct pour tant la CSSF que la Cellule de Renseignement Financier, et êtes également en charge du reporting.
**Profil et parcours **| Senior Compliance Officer - PSF - AML KYC - Compliance**
- En tant que Senior Compliance Officer, vous avez pu acquérir **au minimum 4 ans** d’expérience au sein d’un fournisseur de services financiers (PSF, Big Four, ManCo, Fiduciaire) au Luxembourg.
- Vous recherchez une structure dans laquelle vous pourrez continuer à évoluer et gravir les échelons, afin de pouvoir devenir Manager, Senior Manager voire même Directeur un jour.
- Vous êtes enthousiaste à l’idée de pouvoir travailler avec une grande autonomie au quotidien, et de travailler aux côtés de collègues hautement qualifiés, et surtout de pouvoir transmettre votre expertise à des Juniors.
- Vous parlez couramment le français et l’anglais, afin de pouvoir changer aisément avec les investisseurs, tierces parties et certains de vos collègues.
