**Description**
Dans le cadre de leur expansion, notre client recrute un(e) Senior Compliance Officer.
Rapportant à la Direction votre rôle sera de vous assurer de la bonne mise en œuvre des procédures et réglementations de l’entreprise et de vérifier la conformité des procédés.
Mission:
- Identifier, évaluer et gérer les risques de conformité liés aux activités actuelles et futures de la Fiduciaire ;
- Effectuer des contrôles pour assurer la conformité aux normes et réglementations applicables ;
- Veiller à ce que les politiques et procédures internes de conformité respectent la législation et les réglementations applicables et soient communiquées clairement et efficacement ;
- Gérer les enquêtes et vérifications des dossiers LBA/KYC ;
- Participer activement aux projets liés à la conformité ;
- Assurer la liaison avec les prestataires de services externes et les associations professionnelles.
**Profile**
- Posséder un diplôme universitaire en finance, en gestion ou en économie, de préférence avec une spécialisation en droit ;
- Avoir une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 5 ans dans un poste similaire au Luxembourg ;
- Avoir une très bonne connaissance des lois et règlements applicables ;
- Être autonome, proactif et avoir une capacité avérée à analyser et résoudre les problèmes ;
- Avoir d'excellentes compétences relationnelles et de communication ;
- Maîtriser le français et l'anglais. La maîtrise de l'allemand est un plus.
