John Deere Luxembourg is the European Headquarters for John Deere Financial, part of John Deere, the world’s leading producer of agricultural equipment with total net sales and revenues of US$ 29 billion last year. Our primary activity is providing financial services to John Deere customers and John Deere dealers who want to finance John Deere equipment.

For our Luxembourg business we are looking for a:
**HR Representative**

**What you’ll do**:

- Counsel and support employees in the deployment of HR policies and processes;
- Execute HR processes and procedures including payroll administration, international assignments and related topics such as taxes, org management, compensation and benefits, and employee development;
- Prepare HR documentation (contracts, compensation letters, etc);
- Handle HR Administration (employees’ files, lunch vouchers’ order, follow-up flextime, holidays and sickness leave, update of our HR systems, etc);
- Support the roll-out of key HR initiatives and help to educate managers and employees on a broad range of topics (performance management, basic labor law knowledge);
- Perform internal and external reporting (such as audit preparation);
- Provide presentation/training;
- Support HR Manager in various activities;
- Liaise with HR colleagues from other European Countries and US headquarters on various global projects.

**What it takes**:

- Relevant experience as an HR Generalist / experience in Luxembourg labor law would be an asset;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - fluent in English any other languages would be an asset;
- Strong teamwork spirit, positive attitude with a sense of humor;
- Passionate about working in an international team;
- Strong planning and organization skills;
- Capacity to handle confidential matters in a professional manner;
- Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources or Business/Management discipline.
