This dynamic and well growing company is extending the Luxembourg office by recruiting a fifth colleague to join their dedicated team. To work in close collaboration with two directors, an accountant and the paralegal officer, our client is looking for an Office Manager / Corporate Administrator assistant.

**As Office Manager / Corporate administrator, your main responsibilities will be**:

- Traditional secretarial work (writing letters, organizing meetings, photocopying, archiving, calendar management, taking calls, organization of trips)
- Support in Corporate Paralegal Governance
- Support in KYC Compliance
- Updating customer contact lists in Outlook
- Office Management
- Board Corporate and administrative Management
- Recording of time, disbursements and expense reports

**Profile**:

- Minimum a first experiences in Administrative and Governance in Luxembourg
- Strong capability to adapt to a new and challenging environment
- Team-player, organized, solution-oriented, flexible
- Fluent in English and French mandatory
