**Major Account, Sales Manager (H/F)**:
**MISSIONS PRINCIPALES**
- Animer et superviser la stratégie commerciale mise en œuvre au sein de l’entreprise en vue d’accroître les ventes, le chiffre d’affaires et la marge commerciale
- Développement & fidélisation d’un portefeuille clients
- Développement des visions / approches futur, choix des solutions pour le développement de la société
- Gestion d’une équipe commerciale

**PRINCIPALES TACHES**

**Vendre**:

- Établir les objectifs de vente et suivre leur réalisation
- Prospecter de nouveaux marchés
- Piloter le cycle de vente dans l’ensemble des étapes et jusqu’au closing
- Solliciter les ressources avant-ventes, trouver les leviers intéressants et savoir se différencier des concurrents
- Définir avec le Responsable marketing les plans de marketing opérationnel
- Superviser l’administration des ventes
- Participer aux négociations commerciales de haut niveau en étroite collaboration avec la Direction
- Suivre en direct certains clients majeurs et historiques de l’entreprise
- Gérer l’ensemble des budgets commerciaux
- Benchmarker les pratiques de la concurrence.
- Veiller à la rentabilité de chaque département
- Assurer la qualité commerciale
- Collaborer activement avec les autres services de l’entreprise, favoriser les synergies

**Support à la Direction**:

- Effectuer un reporting régulier sur les activités commerciales
- Garantir la qualité de la relation client
- Participer aux choix stratégiques des produits et des solutions
- Proposer de nouvelles actions commerciales
- Superviser les projets commerciaux
- Networking / Représenter CK aux events

**Coordination**:

- Dynamiser, suivre et supporter une petite équipe commerciale
- Coacher, motiver, accompagner en clientèle
- Accompagner l’activité de téléprospection
- Relations avec quelques fournisseurs stratégiques

**VOTRE PROFIL**

Vous disposez de 5 ans minimum d’expérience comme commercial avec une première expérience réussie dans le management d’équipe

**En outre, vos atouts sont les suivants**:

- Connaissance de l’informatique et avec un goût pour les technologies innovantes.
- Excellentes capacités de communication, d’écoute et charismatique
- Capacité à convaincre
- Passionné(e) par la vente, dynamique et persévérant
- De nature entreprenante et optimiste, vous faites preuve d’autonomie dans vos actions et vous travaillez en faisant preuve d’esprit d’équipe au quotidien.
- Sens de l’organisation et de la rigueur
- Excellentes capacités de communication (transmission ou recherches d’informations, téléphones )
- Très bonnes capacités rédactionnelles (orthographe, vocabulaire )
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques et bureautiques (MS-Office)

**Langues**: La maîtrise du luxembourgeois, allemand, français et de l’anglais est demandée (parlé, écrit).

**Formation**: Bac+5 ou équivalent (Grandes écoles, Ecoles de commerces, Ecoles d’ingénieurs, Masters professionnels : Commerce et Vente, Gestion Commerciale et Marketing )
