Your Responsibilities:

Support and Leadership: Provide essential support to the Office's Local Leader, contributing to the efficient functioning of the office.

Office Management: Oversee office suppliers, maintain office procedures, and ensure the office is an inviting space for employees and visitors.
-
Efficient Coordination: Organise office meetings and events, handle travel arrangements and manage office equipment and supplies.
-
People-Centric Approach: Care for local HR duties and maintain staff information while building positive relationships with colleagues and HR in London.

Safety and Compliance: Take charge of health and safety regulations within the office, ensuring a secure and compliant working environment.

Financial Responsibilities: Handle basic accounting tasks, such as reconciliation, invoice processing, and expense management.

Continuous Improvement: Suggest innovative ideas and improvements to enhance office processes and efficiency.
Your Profile:

Experience and Skills: You have at least 3 years of experience in an administrative/office management role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Multilingual Advantage: Fluent in English (oral and written), and proficiency in another European language is a strong advantage.

Organisational Wizard: Your strong administrative and organisation skills make you a valuable asset to the team.
