Le Rehazenter recrute un Project Manager Officer (M/F)

CDI - 100%

**Mission**:
Le Project Manager Officer possède une vision transversale de tous les projets et portefeuilles, afin de garantir leur alignement opérationnel et économique avec les stratégies et objectifs du Centre.

Il doit être capable de prioriser et coordonner les projets, prioriser les projets et accompagner au mieux les équipes métier afin de toujours satisfaire la vision du centre.

Le PMO soutient la direction dans l’identification et la conceptualisation d’initiatives de transformation pour le centre.

**Profil requis**:

- Vous disposez d’un niveau Bac +5, type Master spécialisé en organisation, en management de projet, en organisation des entreprises, en gestion de projet
- Vous avez une expérience professionnelle de minimum 5 ans, de préférence dans le milieu hospitalier ou dans une fonction similaire
- Vous maîtrisez des techniques de pilotage de projet (priorisation, planification, allocation des ressources, gestion budgétaire, etc.)
- Vous avez connaissance d’outils de PMO (Project Management Office)
- Vous disposez de capacités d’analyse, de synthèses et rédactionnelles
- Vous disposez d’une aisance relationnelle et d’excellentes capacités de communication
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des logiciels de bureautique
- Vous maîtrisez les langues française et allemande à l’écrit et à l’oral et vous maîtrisez la langue luxembourgeoise à l’oral
- Vous avez des capacités d’adaptation et de flexibilité afin de faire face au mieux aux imprévus et aux urgences
- Vous faites preuve d’initiative et travaillez de manière proactive, organisée et rigoureuse
- Vous êtes autonome dans la réalisation de votre travail tout en vous intégrant dans une équipe pluridisciplinaire
