Your role
- Do you want to have an impact and be part of our growth story? Do you want to learn more about investment fund business and regulations?
- We are looking for an intern to assist our Project Management Unit:
- Support strategic and regulatory initiatives as a project team member (e.g. our ESG and Sustainable Investments project)
- Assist in planning and coordinating project activities
- Product scoping to ensure that all relevant funds (and mandates) are covered in related project activities
- Coordinate project activities with interdependencies with different stakeholders inside and outside of UBS
- Track and monitor implementation progress
- Coordinate due diligence/RFP request related to the Management Company, i.e. allocation of tasks, collection of inputs, monitoring deadlines and final feedback to due diligence requestor
- Support our Fund Onboarding and Corporate Management teams when required
Your team
- You will join of UBS Fund Management (Luxembourg) S.A., a company that is part of UBS Asset Management in the Product division. At UBS, we monitor, assess and report upon the activities of a wide and diversified range of products and strategies. We have a clear focus on making things happen and to best service our internal and external clients.
Your expertise
- Interest in understanding UCITS and AIF fund structures as well as Management Company / AIFM business in Luxembourg
- Process oriented thinking
- Comfortable to work independently but also as part of a team, always with a solution oriented attitude
- Experience with MS Office (especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)
- English language skills; German, French and/or other languages are considered as an advantage
