**Vos missions**:

- Support auprès du Responsable de département pour la préparation des "Fee Offers" et "Progress reports" (Lettre d'engagement, Devis, Tarifications, Suivi clientèle..).
- Aide à la préparation de présentations promotionnelles et autres offres de services
- Rédaction de la littérature marketing (brochures, communiqués de presse, etc.) pour améliorer la présence de la société sur le marché
- Recourir à des méthodes d'analyse marketing pour collecter des données importantes (médias sociaux, analyse Web, classements, etc.).
- Administration des contenus au sein du CMS WordPress
- Participation à la mise à jour des outils d’aide au choix, de l’intégration au déploiement international
- Participer à l'organisation d'événements promotionnels et de campagnes traditionnelles ou numériques
- Rédiger et publier du contenu en ligne sur le site Web de l’entreprise et sur les comptes de réseaux sociaux

**Votre formation**:

- De préférence niveau BAC+5 / Master (ou en acquisition) : Ecole de commerce ou Diplôme Universitaire à dominante marketing

**Vos compétences et qualités**:
**1. Savoir-faire**:

- Une première expérience similaire de marketing en entreprise suscitera notre intérêt
- Bonne connaissance des principes de base du marketing
- Bonne administration CMS WordPress
- La connaissance d’un logiciel d’info graphisme (Adobe Photoshop, Canva )
- Maîtrise des logiciels bureautiques (Ms Office)
- Maîtrise du **français obligatoire**, langue principale de travail au sein du groupe
- La bonne connaissance et / ou pratique de **l’anglais** est nécessaire.
- Toute autre langue sera un plus (Italien, Allemand, Espagnol, langues asiatiques ou orientales )

**2. Savoir être**:

- Polyvalence et implication
- Capacité à résoudre ou faire résoudre tout type de problème, même s’il ne relève pas forcément de votre compétence première
- Capacité d’interagir avec tous les bureaux du groupe principalement en français compte tenu de l’organisation du travail des autres sites
- Une première expérience dans un milieu international sera déterminante
- Organiser et prioriser son travail en fonction des enjeux, du contexte et du délai
- Savoir respecter les délais, être rigoureux et précis.
- Savoir analyser et synthétiser
- Être orienté résultats et anticiper la relation avec les clients
- Savoir s’intégrer si nécessaire dans une chaine de d
- cision internationale
- Savoir faire face à des situations d’urgence à un niveau international
