You will take full part in the management and coordination of events and the production of marketing materials. This internship is also a great opportunity to get valuable insights about the daily operation and BD function in an international law firm.
ROLE
Contract: 6 months internship
Hours: 40H per week
KEY-RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the update and contribute to the development of our marketing materials (clients presentations, brochures, capability statements, CVs)
- Maintain targeted client lists in the Firm's database (InterAction)
- Follow up of our sponsoring in the Luxembourg market and abroad
- Participation in our online marketing planning and execution
PROFILE
Education and Experience
- Student or Graduate (Bachelor/Master) in Marketing
- Business-Communication
Interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and planning skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects and meet deadlines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail and meticulous follow-through
- Practical, proactive, commercially minded and service driven with a "can do" and positive attitude
Language and IT skills
- Fluency in English. French considered as an asset
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Interest in digital tools and social media
