**PLANNING**
- Ensure EP Release Policy compliance
- Ensure the planning and the realization of release & deployment requests, service requests, etc.
- Coordinate Inter-teams activities
- Manage tasks and requests assignment to Operations deployment teams
- Manage schedule and priorities for Operations deployment teams
- Alongside with Transition service, ensure customer relationship, support, communication for Operations release & deployment topics
- HCR Management - Hosting Change Request, Define and prepare new project implementation scope and needs
- Represent Placo Planning team in official meetings and other formal activities
- Weekly report to Management

**COORDINATION**
- Transversal coordination between teams for common goal on specific topic
- Responsible for project lead (end-to-end), high level and low level plans definition, schedule compliance, HR estimation
- Organize and lead meetings on project lifetime
- On behalf of top management; solicit all necessary and available resources in every involved team
- Be a link between stakeholders, in or out of Operations unit
- Deliver quality measurement and lessons learned outcome
- Maintain a strong and narrow collaboration with Process management teams
- Represent Placo Coordination team in official meetings and other formal activities
- Weekly report to Management

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in the IT Infrastructure services areas
- Excellent ability to work with people at all levels and in every department, are essential
- Excellent verbal and written English and French language skills are mandatory
- High communication skills
- High organizational skills
- ITIL v3/4 foundation certification
- Having an experience in project management may be an advantage
- Ability to respond to frequent demands of multiple constituents, both internal and external, in a customer centric manner and high demand environment
- Works cooperatively as part of a team; works collaboratively with peers across organisational boundaries based on a genuine interest in and understanding of others and their individual perspectives and concerns
- Production of detailed reports to management audience
- Adhering to regulatory and/or compliance requirement
