**About the Role**:
For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg we are looking for an **Analysis & Planning Analyst**, who will become part of the **Group Managerial Reporting & DCF team** and report to the Analysis & Planning Manager.

In this role, you will **support the CEO staff, the Group CFO and Group Controller **with crucial financial information, business insights, reports and ad hoc analyses that will be translated into **strategic indications** and guidelines for the main key stakeholders of the Group and that will build **Ferrero's strategic plan **for its future growth in the incoming years.
You will have a **high exposure to the top management **and a **wide visibility on the whole business**, from a headquarters perspective.

**Main Responsibilities**:
As our **Analysis and Planning Analyst**, you will cover a **strategic position** within the organisation and will be involved in many different activities of **key importance** for the whole company.
In particular:

- **GMT preparation**: Support the **Group controller** in drafting the Business Update chapter, while coordinating, consolidating and challenging area and function input, providing any requested analysis
- **CEO guidelines**: Elaboration together with **Group controller, Group CFO and CEO staff**. Consolidating input from functions/areas, elaborating target on top and bottom line, analysis and presentation preparation
- **PS**:Support the Area finance teams among all phases, followed by the total group strategic plan consolidation, analysis and presentation
- **Budget/SAF**: Analysis and presentation for every official planning scenario with the complexity to reconcile gap analysis with GMT input from areas/functions
- **Fuel for growth**:Fuel for Growth initiatives monthly monitoring and measuring, as well as reviewed the yearly targets during the official forecast update (Saf1, Saf2, etc.)
- Ad-hoc requests and projects

**Who we are looking for**:
You will bring your **university background in Economics, Accounting, Finance** and your previous experience of at least **4-5 years **as **Controller and/or Corporate Reporting Analyst**, in a **multinational, structured and complex working environment**.
Your strengths will be your **excellent communication skills, your goal orientation, your problem-solving attitude and teamwork **and you will contribute to the success of the company thanks to your **precision, flexibility, fast-pace and your confidentiality**.
Your ability to gain an understanding of business processes, to identify risks/opportunities, and develop/execute financial business case will be other asset for us.

You are a **MS Office** expert (**SAP** will be an interesting plus for us) and you speak fluent English.
