**Job Title**:Client Services Manager _ **PE Fund Administration**
The role:
For our growing business in Luxembourg, we are currently hiring for a **Private Equity (PE) Fund Administration **-**Manager **(at least 9 years of experience).
Within our Fund Administration Department, you will be in charge of a portfolio of international clients and take responsibility for the administration, transfer agency, registrar and corporate secretary of the private equity funds, SPV you will administer.
- You will also be required to supervise junior staff within your team.
The
**main responsibilities **of the position will include the following:
- Be responsible for maintaining process documentation;
Key competencies:
The position holder should have the **following key attributes**:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Corporate Law/Economics/Administration or any other related field;
- **At least **9** years of relevant professional experience **of Alternative Investment Fund Administration in Private Equity **in Luxembourg**, preferably gained either in domiciliation activity or Big 4;
- Ability to multi-task, well organised and able to meet the deadlines in a fast-paced work environment;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Team Co-supervision
- Ability to work on own initiative and be team spirit oriented;
- Excellent inter-personal skills in dealing with both clients and colleagues;
- Client-focused mindset and pragmatic approach;
- Very good organisational and administrative skills, and ability to identify and suggest procedural improvements;
- Fluent in English is mandatory (French or German or any other language would be considered as an asset);
- Good working knowledge of MS Office tools with the ability to learn other relevant systems.
- Knowledge of Efront would be considered as strong asset
