Description du poste :
Vos missions
- Assurer le soutien administratif et organisationnel du Secrétaire Général et du Conseil d'Administration dans toutes leurs missions
- Assurer la coordination des activités de gouvernance avec les filiales de l'entreprise pour garantir le respect de l'application des procédures et règles de gouvernance
- Gérer en concertation avec les responsables la préparation et coordination des réunions des comités spécialisés du Conseil d'Administration de POST et de certaines filiales
- Assurer la gestion ainsi que la distribution des documents pour les réunions des Conseils d'Administration et comités spécialisés
- Prendre en charge la rédaction des comptes rendus des réunions en question
- Assurer le suivi des actions et décisions prises lors des réunions des organes de décision
- Gérer les demandes d'information ou de documentation provenant des filiales, en lien avec la gouvernance et faire le lien avec la direction de POST
- Répondre aux besoins spécifiques formulés par le Secrétaire Général ou du Conseil d'Administration, en fonction des compétences du collaborateur
- Être titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau Master en économie, gestion, finance ou droit
- Bénéficier d'une expérience de minimum 5 ans en tant que chargé(e) de mission en gouvernance d'entreprise ou en gestion de projets dans le domaine juridique ou financier
- Avoir une excellente maitrise du Pack Office (y compris Copilot) combinée avec une excellente capacité rédactionnelle notamment en français
- Faire preuve de rigueur et d'organisation notamment dans la gestion des délais et des priorités
- Avoir des capacités à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec différents niveaux hiérarchiques
- Être capable de maintenir une communication fluide et efficace entre la maison-mère et les filiales
- Avoir un bon esprit analytique et le sens du détail
- Être proactif et être force de proposition
- Avoir impérativement une excellente maitrise tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral en luxembourgeois, français, allemand et anglais
Niveau d'étude : Bac +5
Expérience professionnelle : 5-7 ans
