We are looking for an HRIS Specialist to assist the Head of Human Resources in the upcoming strategic project of Workday HR suite implementation. The HRIS Specialist will assist in business needs analysis, gathering and writing the technical specifications as well as leading the test phases and contributing to change management and smooth adoption of the system post implementation with the end users at all levels, including executive management.
Responsibilities:
- Understand AS IS and TO BE processes in various HR domains (Recruitment, Performance, Compensation, Absence, Reporting…);
- Coordinate project streams among HR team;
- Assist in data collection and specifications definition;
- Execute unit tests and end-to-end tests cases;
- Provide tests results and raise any issue with detailed supporting documentation;
- Retest any raised issue until resolution;
- Prepare Workday training material for the HR team;
- Prepare related training material for all staff where relevant.
Your profile:
- You hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, Finance or Human Resources;
- You have a prior experience in system implementation and/or project management, ideally in an HR environment;
- You have a good command and understanding of IT tools (knowledge of an HRIS or Workday is an asset);
- You are fluent in French and English (written and spoken). Any other language is an asset ;
- You are dynamic, proactive, rigorous and you have excellent communication skills;
- You have a good team spirit;
- You are analytical and methodical.
