**Talent management & Leadership development**
- **LD network**: Create, coordinate and advise the network of LD contacts within the segment, present and advise stakeholders on adequate learning and development programs. Encourage sharing of knowledge, experiences, best practices, processes and tools across the segment.
- **HiPo community**: Design and implement high potential development program to structure career path, development plan and build a community of high potential to drive employee engagement et succession readiness.
- **LD process**: Develop and Implement policies and processes related to Leadership Development to create alignment across the segment in alignment with Corporate policies.
- **LD programs**: Design and support the development of specific Leadership Development programs (Succeed, TAP, Woman HiPo, Europe Top Exchange, etc.) aligned with business requirements, challenges, future needs and budget.

**Performance management and succession planning**
- **GEDP**: Coordinate the realization of the performance management cycle, talent pipeline nomination/follow up, talent development, training processes and planning. Provide guidance on corporate process and best practices for local HR and BUs.
- **Career Committees**: Prepare segment Career Committees (Succession Planning, Ratings moderation) with operational involvement on data consolidation, presentation, HRIS systems updates.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular information and reports/analysis to HR segment, HR Clusters, HR Transversal Teams and LD network to drive the talent agenda and realize performance management and succession planning.

**Employee engagement**
- Coordinate and promote the SpeakUp+ initiatives within the segment to reach participation level and stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct segment analysis, consolidate the presentation and identify with leadership team segment initiatives to foster employee engagement based.

**Training**
- ArcelorMittal University interface, support towards business on Training & Development offers, member of the Learning Council and LD Council.
- HR Key user role within the HR community: training role and support to the usage of systems and tools (eGEDP, Oracle, OneHRIS, Peakon, LinkedIn, etc.).

**HR and management support**
- Support HR strategy development, working closely with relevant governance and stakeholder groups. Research and benchmark emerging practices in leadership development in relation with our HR Strategy.
- Prepare presentation and reporting for BAR meetings, earning release, succession reviews, SpeakUp results/action plans and other as per needs.
- Design and organize learning week initiatives, IWD and other recurring events, working closely with Flat Europe HR marketing and ED&I Specialist

**Qualifications**
- You have a university degree or an equivalent education (business schools, etc.)
- Minimum 5+ years of related human resources experience, ideally in a matrix organization with a transnational footprint
- You are a dynamic hands-on team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working across multiple Business Units, setting expectations and managing competing priorities
- Collaborative, flexible and adaptable
- Strong knowledge on HRIS systems and reporting
- Analytical skills with an attention for detail, very good sense of prioritization
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

As we function in an international environment, fluency in English is essential - Other European language is a plus
