In order to support the growth of our Human Resources team, we are currently looking for a:
**Talent Acquisition Specialist (M/F)**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Within our dynamic Human Resources Team, you will develop your expertise in various HR fields by acting as a key support to a dedicated scope of service lines.
- You will act as the point of contact on strategic and operational recruitment matters for a dedicated department/ activity;
- You will manage the entire sourcing, screening and interviewing process;
- You will actively participate to recruitment/campus events;
- You will explore different sourcing channels and contribute in improving the employer branding strategy;
- You will participate in the onboarding of New Joiners and ensure a close follow-up throughout the probation period;
- You will support staff development, engagement and motivation through the identification, proposal and/or implementation of key initiatives;
- You will proactively contribute to the implementation of key HR projects.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
If
- You have a Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration;
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role with a proven experience in talent acquisition;
- You are organized, proactive and client-oriented;
- You are dynamic, enthusiastic and positive;
- You have strong communication skills and can work both autonomously and as part of a team;
- You are used to work with a HRIS solution;
- You know the Luxembourg labor law;
- You are willing to learn constantly and flexible;
- You are fluent in English, French and/or German are considered an asset.
