Trilingual Admin Support Officer (FR, EN, DE) in banking sector (H/F/X)Référence : PSP-RE1-2024
Our client is active in the banking sector. For its "real estate" department, a new full-time position (40h/week) is available.
Your missions
- Vendors management and onboarding
- invoice processing : coding, escalations and investigations
- Process ABQ's, PO's and requisitions
- Financial reporting
- Fixed assets processing
- General administration, calls, email processing and attending trainings and meetings
Your profile
- You have at least 2 years of significant experience as Administrative employee
- You have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft and other banking software
- Your knowledge of English, French and German is excellent
- You have good communication skills
- You like to work in a team
Your advantages
- Full-time position with 1 to 2 days in remote
- Permanent contract with 6 months trial period
