In order to strengthen our Administration & Customer Service team we are looking for a
Trilingual
Administrative & Commercial Assistant (EN, FR ES)


You will be in contact with customers around the world in order to support them in their daily use of professional equipment that we sell.

You need to have good command of English, French and Spanish in speech and writing.

Job description:
-
Accounting support: assisting with daily financial tasks including data entry, invoicing, payments to vendors, processing and recording licences, settlement of business trip expenses and credit card payments. Cooperation with our offices in Paris and Warsaw.
-
Administrative support: ordering office supplies, contact with the building administration

Requirements:

  • You are a graduate of higher education Bac +2/
  • Trilingual: very good command of French, English an Spanish in speech and writing.
  • You like working with numbers (Excel, accounting software) and have an eye for details
  • Client serviceoriented, well organized, with good sense of priorities, able to work autonomously, multitasking skills.
  • Previous experience in administration, finance or sales will be an asset.
