**POST Telecom S.A** recherche actuellement pour son département « _Product Management & Marketing_ » un(e) **Stagiaire - Customer Lifecycle Development (M/F)**

**Vos missions**:

- Participer à la gestion du marketing direct (ciblage de nos clients selon critères, définition de l'offre mise en avant ainsi que du message, suivi des résultats pour amélioration continue)
- Contribuer à la définition de promotions au niveau de nos produits B2C.
- Contribuer à la mise en place et l'amélioration d'un outil de campaign management.
- Intervenir dans le suivi de l'évolution des tendances du marché, de l'environnement concurrentiel et des innovations technologiques
- Comprendre les besoins et les comportements des clients ainsi que leurs évolutions

**Votre profil**:

- Être étudiant(e) en cursus universitaire (Bac +4/5) Business School et/ou Gestion
- Démontrer un réel intérêt pour l'expérience clients, les nouvelles technologies, l'innovation et les chiffres
- Avoir le sens des responsabilités, être flexible et savoir prendre des initiatives
- Être rigoureux et méthodique
- Être ouvert d'esprit et avoir le sens du contact
- Maitriser parfaitement la langue française à l'écrit comme à l'oral, toute autre langue sera considérée comme un atout
- Être conventionné par un organisme de formation (école, université) pour une période de stage de 6 mois consécutifs
