About the Position:

We are looking for a Customer Engagement Capability Development Manager for our Global Headquarters to lead key customer relationship management initiatives and drive sales strategy transformations across markets.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role (30%), you will be involved in various initiatives to enhance customer relationships:

Leading the @JBP (Joint Business Plan) to establish long-term partnerships based on mutual understanding, co-design, and activity creation
- Managing the entire commercial process from assortment to sales execution, with support from Supply Chain and Sustainability partners
- Implementing strategies to improve relationships with key stakeholders through global surveys and other initiatives

You will play a vital role in designing Joint Business Plans and overseeing their execution across different channels, markets, and customers, working closely with sales professionals worldwide.

In this role (70%), you will contribute to various initiatives under our Commercial Transformation program:

- Utilizing your expertise in Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) to drive seamless integration and rollout plans
- Acting as the subject matter expert for managing the B2B Portal capability and improving operations
- Leading sales division efforts on key supply chain topics like Vendor Management Inventory and Service Level KPIs

You will collaborate with different departments and stakeholders, ensuring the success of PIM-DAM, B2B Portal, and supply chain initiatives to meet the organization's commercial transformation goals.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with 5 to 8 years of experience in Sales, Digital Marketing, and/or Business Development. Experience in top-tier consulting firms focusing on sales strategy projects, preferably in the FMCG sector, is a plus. A background in functional design is desirable.

You should have a proven track record in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector and excellent relational skills to engage effectively with diverse cultures and stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, are essential. Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of additional languages is beneficial for interacting with a wider range of stakeholders.
