Customer Project Manager Luxembourg

The CPM will be end to end responsible for rollout projects within Luxembourg related to the Radio Access network (RAN) Main focus will be on rolling out new mobile sites, modernization/upgrade of existing mobile sites and software upgrades on that network.
Responsibilities:
- You will establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the vital resources and plans and supervise all activities.
- Drive project execution: track project activities, supervise and handle changes, conflicts, and critical issues.
- Handle customer & partner engagement: manage customer relationship, building confidence & trust, ensure project progress, arranging meetings & customer events
- Develop the business: participate to contract preparation and to presales meeting
- Develop the CPM team : simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas
- Manage KPI and program reporting.
- Drive project execution in a complex environment including permitting, construction, integration, initial tuning and acceptance.
- Manage ASP delivery and excellence.
- Provides feedback to Contract Manager and Network Program Director regarding Customer lack of compliance to Contractual Obligations
- Participates in Risk Management Activities through Project lifecycle
- Responsible for operational and financial result of the projects
- Accountable for FAS Operational and Financial Governance
- Identifies and drives potential Sales opportunities
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)
- Fluent English in speaking, reading, and writing. French and/or German is a plus
- Proven track of 57 years of sourcing experience and / or extensive experience with Telecom rollout experience / Supplier (Authorized Service Provider) Management
- Planning and organizational skills for large projects
- Establish the project processes: define project scope, secure the vital resources and plans and supervise all activities to achieve KPI
- You will need to have excellent Leading & supervising skills along with an entrepreneurial attitude to lead the internal teams, ASP and customer.
- Drive project execution: track project activities, supervise and handle changes, conflicts and critical issues
- Extensive knowledge in Luxembourgish Telecom acquisition and build requirements and milestones
- Delivering results and meet customer expectations
- Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events
- Coping with pressures and setbacks. Hardworking and motivated to propose process improvements
- Full drive and a collaborative attitude: "You don't win unless the team wins"
- Technical knowledge on Site Build is a plus.
- Implementation manager experience is a plus
