Job Description
Within a multicultural and dynamic team and reporting to the Head of Customer Service, you are the main point of contact of a large portfolio of international customers.
Your main tasks will include:
- Manage the entire order process of the customers (estimates, order intake and follow-up, payment, claims, ... )
- Be the main contact person of the customer & built a trustful personalised relation with them
- Process all kind customer requests & coordinate internal follow-up of those requests
- Diversified tasks which will depends on the day-to-day needs
Your Profile
- You are perfectly business fluent in English. Any other European language will be a big plus.
- You have a strong experience as Customer Service Representative within fast-moving environment
- You can handle stress and you are recognized for your excellent communication skills
- You know how to use MS Office and your are at ease with IT Tools in general
- You like teamwork and use your initiatives
