Corporate Administrator to join their dynamic team.
As a Corporate Administrator, you will work closely with the company's
partner, benefiting from a

Corporate Administrator - Your Tasks:
- Ensuring regular communication with notaries, lawyers and other external stakeholders in connection with the company's transactions and legal affairs.
- Carrying out KYC (Know Your Customer) tasks to ensure regulatory compliance and the proper conduct of the company's business.
- Working closely with the partner to support clients with their administrative and legal needs.
- Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide high quality customer service by responding to client queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve the company's internal processes.
Corporate Administrator - Your Profile:
- Previous experience in a
legal field. - Knowledge of
KYC procedures and Luxembourg legal regulations. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (
French and
English). - Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Professional attitude, discretion and respect for confidentiality.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Team spirit and ability to adapt quickly to a constantly changing environment.
