athome group est à la recherche d'un **Sales Account Manager (F/M/X)**:
atHomeGroup est composé de 4 entreprises et 80 personnes travaillant ensemble pour rendre les choix de vie des gens plus faciles et sans stress. Depuis 2001, atHome est le portail immobilier N°1 bien connu au Luxembourg, qui a développé et étendu ses activités en mars 2018 grâce à l'acquisition de Luxauto, un site internet automobile, d'atHomeFinance, une société de courtage hypothécaire et d'atHomeAssurance, une société de courtage d'assurances. Notre ambition est de construire un écosystème unique et de nous associer à vous à travers tous les moments clés de votre vie.

**Votre rôle**:
Vous serez responsable de la réalisation des objectifs de revenus par le maintien et le développement de la relation client mais aussi de gérer la relation client pour les comptes définis dans le territoire, indépendamment des produits ou solutions, et d'assurer la commercialisation de produits publicitaires supplémentaires et le maintien à long terme des clients.

**Responsabilités**:
**Développement commercial**:

- Réaliser les commandes et les objectifs de revenus sur le territoire défini
- Mettre en place les moyens nécessaires pour développer et fidéliser la clientèle
- Identifier de nouvelles opportunités mais aussi protéger les relations avec les clients existants pour atteindre les objectifs de revenus et de commandes
- Prendre des initiatives pour atteindre les objectifs
- Encoder les informations clients dans le CRM

**Rétention et renouvellement**:

- Faire un suivi approprié en cas de résiliation
- Renouveler les contrats résiliés
- S'assurer de la satisfaction du client

**Communication**:

- Communiquer efficacement grâce à d'excellentes aptitudes à l'écrit et à l'oral, y compris la capacité à présenter des rapports d'activité pour le N+1
- Communiquer régulièrement avec les interlocuteurs internes

**Compétences requises**:

- Vous disposez d'un diplôme Bac+2 ou équivalent, orientation commerciale
- Langues : Français obligatoire, l'anglais, l'allemand ou le luxembourgeois sont un atout
- Expérience professionnelle de 4 à 5 ans, idéalement au sein d'une société Web
- Expérience dans l'utilisation d'un CRM
- Connaissance et expérience de la publicité et des médias online fortement souhaitables
- La connaissance du marché Luxembourgeois est souhaitée
- Rigueur, polyvalence et efficacité
- Excellente communication et esprit d'équipe
