LA FONCTION

Tu veux travailler avec des fous dont le métier est de trouver et recruter des profils (presque) introuvables sur le marché luxembourgeois ?

Tu veux nous aider à réaliser l'impossible pour des clients qui nous font confiance ?

Triangle Talent est une aventure entrepreneuriale passant d'une seule agence à une PME significative. En s'alliant à un grand groupe solide pour assurer nos arrières, le groupe réalise 750 millions d'euros de chiffre d'affaires en Europe mais garde son ADN et ses spécificités locales.

Déjà implantés au Luxembourg avec nos solutions intérim, nous avons également ouvert un bureau axé sur le recrutement et la sélection : Triangle Talent Luxembourg.

Tu l'auras compris, on souhaite continuer à se développer et s'agrandir. Du coup, on recherche un Business-superman, ou une Business-superwoman, avec la même niaque que nous, afin de participer à cette belle aventure sur le sol luxembourgeois.

Tes missions principales

**Le développement commercial**:
Grâce à ta véritable mentalité de Businessman, Businesswoman axée sur les résultats et la satisfaction client, tu réalises des actions afin d'atteindre les objectifs en termes de chiffre d'affaires, de croissance et de marge.

Tu développes les parts de marché de Triangle Talent par la prospection.

Tu assures le suivi client à tous les niveaux du projet pour le fidéliser.

Tu rédiges les différentes offres de l'entreprise, et négocie les contrats obtenus.

Tu effectues des visites régulières chez le client pour accroître le développement et la notoriété de Triangle Talent.

Tu recueilles les besoins auprès des clients et en fait l'analyse pour proposer la meilleure solution.

Tu crées et entretiens des partenariats sur le long-terme avec nos clients.

Tu réalises une veille active sur le marché afin de te positionner en tant que conseiller pour apporter la meilleure réponse aux demandes des clients.

Tu seras chargé de faire la promotion du cabinet via des évènements internes ou externes.

Tes missions secondaires

**Le recrutement**:
En parallèle, tu seras en charge des missions suivantes ponctuellement comme support à l'équipe.

Création des offres d'emploi et diffusion de contenu en ligne.

Recherche des CV sur les différents jobboards.

Réalisation des entretiens en agence.

Contrôle des références.

Négociation.

TON PROFIL

Tu bénéficies d'une première expérience en tant que commercial ou au sein d'un bureau de recrutement ?

Tu disposes d'un diplôme de type supérieur (d'une licence ou d'un master). C'est un atout

Le contact, c'est ton truc mais sur un mode écoute et conseil.

Des connaissances en anglais ? c'est un vrai plus mais ce n'est pas obligatoire.

Tu es flexible et autonome.

Tu es polyvalent, organisé, réactif.

Tu possèdes des qualités relationnelles et un sens du service développé.

Tu es orienté clients et résultats.

Tu as l'esprit d'équipe.
