Marketing & Communications officer (M/F)

(Digital marketing & Events support)

Responsibilities

  • Digital marketing:
  • Plan and implement promotional activities through effective landing pages and social media campaigns to raise visibility, increase engagement and maximise conversion
  • Analyse and report on the performance of our marketing campaigns
  • Support the promotion of our events (national and international), economic missions abroad and our participation to international trade fairs
  • Contribute to the updates, upgrades and optimisation of our websites
  • Contribute to our global editorial calendar to ensure smooth execution of our social media activities and to various digital projects across the organisation
  • Events support:
  • Support the organisation and coordination of various events (online and physical) whilst ensuring the satisfaction of our internal clients
  • Collaborate with internal clients to understand their goals and needs for the event
  • Oversee event setup, logistics, and onsite management
  • Conduct postevent evaluations and analysis to measure success and identify areas for improvement

Skills and qualifications

  • Higher education in Marketing, Event Management, or related fields
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Perfect command of computer tools: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe
  • Good knowledge of photo editing tools such as Canva
  • Strong knowledge of web content management tools (CMS) and social media management
  • Fluency in French, excellent command of English. Knowledge of Luxembourgish and/or German is considered an advantage
  • Excellent organisations skills, flexibility, and capacity to handle multiple priorities at the same time
  • Serviceoriented with a strong team spirit
