Das Aufgabenbereich umfasst:

- Beantwortung von Anfragen bezüglich all unserer Produkte und Plattformen, sowie Bereitstellung von technischer Hilfe
- Aus
- und Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen
- Implementierung und regelmäßige Durchführung von Überprüfungen zur Umsetzung von externen, sowie internen Richtlinien
- Vertretung der Firma bei Events.

Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelor Studium (o.Ä.)
- Ein hohes Maß an Engagement und Teamfähigkeit
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Unternehmerisches Denken und stellst einen hohen Anspruch an Kundenzufriedenheit
- Professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Kunden
- Fließend Deutsch und Englisch
- Erfahrungen im Kundenservice oder Verkauf sind ein Plus
