TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:


We are looking for a passionate & dynamic person to join our HR department to advise and support the implementation and development of career paths as well as a development dialog framework between employees and their managers.


Our HR department is on a HR Transformation journey to build up a stronger HR & be a key adviser to the business and our employees.


As the focus of 2023 will be talent management, you will hold a key position to ensure the success of the HR transformation project.


Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop and maintain career paths and programs, as well as the methodology of the development dialog which shall be implemented across the company worldwide;
  • Ensure the link between career paths management, learning & development, job architecture, skills and competencies management and the integration and alignment of talent management concepts within the company;
  • Implement talent management initiatives and drive succession planning meetings;
  • Design the leadership programs for young talented university graduates;
  • Advise managers with requests regarding their team and personal talent development topics;
  • Analyse training needs based on business goals, develops a training catalogue, derives training components for all target groups and career levels and administrates trainings;
  • Develop and manage graduate programs, trainee programs, development programs, etc.;
  • Design the methodology for the assessment and development centers;
  • Develop specialized program for talents and key employees;
  • Run the system of rotations in the organization;
  • Design the mentoring and coaching methodology;
  • Obtain the regular feedback from program participants, mentors and coaches;
  • Build the network of internal and external coaches and mentors;
  • Establishing key collaborations with targeted universities and schools;
  • Cooperate with the external vendors and design tailor made programs for the development of the employees;
  • Cooperate with the HR Business Partners and managers.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

  • Passionate by talent development you have at least 4 to 6 years' experience in HR, Talent management, Project Management or similar functions;
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Management, or other relevant field of study;
  • Willingness to engage in business development (e.g., internal client training offerings or other projects to assist internal clients with their training plans);
  • Strong analytical skills and the capacity to think strategically;
  • Challenge ideas and constantly look for improvements and new ideas;
  • Ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Experience in project management and/or business process management;
  • Knowledge and experience in adult learning is a plus;
  • Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems is considered as an advantage;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, any other languages are considered an advantage.
