Your missions


The Talent Acquisition Specialist is part of the HR team within the HR department and plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient management of the recruitment process from A-Z.


Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Attract talents & sourcing talents using a variety of channels
  • Represent actively the company on the market
  • Posting of job vacancies on different recruitment networks (career website, job boards, universities, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Following up with recruitment agencies/headhunters
  • Be responsible of the recruitment cycle from A to Z
  • Provide high level of services to the internal clients
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment

Your ideal profile

  • You have 34 years of experience in talent acquisition
  • You have the ability to work under pressure and drive to get things done
  • You have excellent organisation & communication skills
  • You are agile and proactive
  • You have Full MS Office knowledge
  • You are friendly and openminded but assertive when needed
  • You are dynamic and flexible
  • You speak French and have a strong command of English
  • Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project
  • Access to your test results to guide you to your best career choices
  • Interview coaching session before the client meeting
  • Consistent and fair recruitment process with respect, transparency and trust
