- Basé physiquement au sein de l'entité CA Indosuez Wealth (Europe) à Luxembourg, vous participez au projet de mise en place d'une solution CRM pour le groupe Indosuez Wealth Management.
- Situé au sein de la ligne Métier Développement Commercial, vous intégrerez l'équipe CRM Métier dirigée par le Product Owner CRM. L'équipe a pour mission de déployer dans chaque entité du groupe Indosuez Wealth Management une solution CRM, Wealth Dynamix, permettant aux forces commerciales de travailler dans des conditions optimales.
- Cette équipe a pour mission de mettre en place la solution Wealth Dynamix dans chaque entité, et d'appuyer ensuite les équipes locales dans l'adoption de la solution, son support et l'enrichissement fonctionnel permanent. L'équipe CRM travaille en lien avec tous les départements concernés, clients internes de la solution (Direction Commerciale, Investissements, Communication, Marketing, Compliance). Travaillant tout d'abord en mode Agile, elle doit agir de concert avec les équipes de l'éditeur de la solution, Wealth Dynamix, celles d'Azqore, prestataire informatique du groupe IWM, mais également être synchronisée avec les travaux menés par d'autres projets de transformation de la banque.
- L'équipe est composée de différents profils complémentaires, Business Analysts, Change Manager et Product Specialists. Le Business Analyst a une expertise du système informatique S2i et une bonne expérience de conduite de projets, le Change Manager a une bonne connaissance de l'activité bancaire et travaille sur l'adoption de l'outil par les utilisateurs, et le Product Specialist a l'expertise technique et fonctionnelle du produit, de la solution Microsoft Dynamics en particulier.
- Ces trois profils sont complémentaires et permettent d'assurer toutes les missions de l'équipe CRM Métier.
- Afin de mener à bien votre mission, vous serez notamment chargé de:
- Collaborer étroitement avec les membres actuels de l'équipe dans leurs tâches d'administration de la solution CRM
- Acquérir une maîtrise technique de l'outil CRM, connaître les différents outils d'administration de la solution Wealth Dynamix
- Contribuer à la définition et à la validation finale des fonctionnalités mises en place dans l'outil
- Former les utilisateurs avancés pour qu'à leur tour ils forment les utilisateurs finaux au sein de leur équipe
- Assurer un support de deuxième niveau sur la solution après déploiement
- Travailler en lien avec les départements support en charge des process gérés à l'aide de WDX
- Aider l'équipe au déploiement de la solution dans chacune des entités (participation et
prise de responsabilité dans les phases de tests fonctionnels).
- Mise en place et suivi des métriques d'adoption de la solution CRM à l'aide de PowerBI.

Vous disposez d'une expérience de minimum 3 ans sur une solution CRM, idéalement Microsoft Dynamics, idéalement acquise au sein d'un environnement bancaire.
