Your main target will be the hiring of Sales representatives in Belgium and other regions to accelerate Salonkee's growth and market position.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and acquiring top talent for the organisation.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand talent needs and implement effective recruitment strategies for your region.

What we are looking for in you:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruitment role
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview assessment methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Fluency in English is a requirement for this role, while proficiency in French and or Dutch is considered a significant advantage
- Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
