Job Title
Manager, ITS Bank and Shareholders accounts Oversight & Reporting

What will you do?

  • People Management role
  • Making recommendations and presenting results on reconciliations, and at different high levels in the organization, Finance Managing directors, Risk Managing Directors, Client Operations Directors and Managing Directors

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Manage the team activities in a clear and efficient way : agree on ownership, monitor workload within the team and ensure timeline is met according to expectations and priorities
  • Organize, manage and participate to team meetings and Breaking News. Provide focus and clarity in establishing individual goals, driving performance, supporting career development and rewarding individual and team success, suggest reward and promotion based on performance, handle the appraisal process and set clear annual business objectives
  • Take ownership and decision when required, work in autonomy
  • Ensure effective identifying, logging and resolution/follow up of enquiries and liaise with appropriate parties to resolve or escalate queries/problem within agreed timeframe, ability to negotiate with clients, and influence.
  • Escalate recurring issues to management and propose action plans. Ensure evaluation of unusual problems in a complex environment providing recommendations and searching for continued improvement
  • Approver in PEGA attestation (Bank general ledger attestation), provision committee, Executive Committee reporting which are strategic tasks performed

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of systems used by RBC I&TS (TLM, SARA, Microsoft office)
  • Natural Ability for working with others and ability to work under pressure
  • Show capacity to understand/anticipate implication of executed tasks and important/ strategic evolutions in his field of expertise
  • Ability to create & give trainings to new joiners
