The Faculty of Science, Technology and Medicine (FSTM) contributes multidisciplinary expertise in the fields of
Mathematics,
Physics,
Engineering,
Computer Science,
Life Sciences and
Medicine. Through its dual mission of teaching and research, the FSTM seeks to generate and disseminate knowledge and train new generations of responsible citizens, in order to better understand, explain and advance society and environment we live in.

Your Role
:

  • Helping for the mapping of HPCrelated skills at the university of Luxembourg.
  • Liaise with the national coordinator.
  • Helping with the setup the teaching framework on HPC skills.
  • Liaise with the European network of Competence Centres.
  • Support the Coordinator during the life cycle of the project.
  • Execute project activities in compliance with the project plan and by keeping the overview about all relevant aspects of the project.
  • Update and consult relevant stakeholders regularly, manage expectations of relevant stakeholders during execution.
  • Organize and/or participate in meetings with stakeholders, info days, and other networking events.
  • Followup and support the coordinator in all relevant project activities.
  • Prepare the financial report from UL, consolidate the project report including the partner contributions.
  • Upload and followup of documents and financial reports in the in the European Commission
  • Funding & Tenders opportunities
  • Single Electronic Data Interchange Area (SEDIA).
  • Manage and report possible project modifications.
  • Organize and/or support project meetings organize agenda, prepare and disseminate minutes.
  • Prepare and followup on project communication and dissemination activities.
  • Bridge between project partners and EuroHPC Joint Undertaking authorities.

What we expect from you:

  • Master Degree
  • Management, Sciences, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics or other relevant degree.
  • Experience with evaluation of agreements and development of a network of privileged and strategic partnerships.
  • Experience collecting responses according to stakeholder's survey requests.
  • Experience in the use of common computer software and collaborative online platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English plus French or German.
