Au sein du département Corporate Services, vous soutenez et assurez, en l'absence du responsable Corporate Services de la succursale, la coordination, l'organisation et la gestion de toutes les activités opérationnelles liées au fonctionnement logistique du bureau de Luxembourg, conformément aux normes définies par la Banque.
En tant que Facility Officer / Infrastructure, sur base temporaire (contrat à durée déterminée), votre mission sera:
Description du poste:
Logistique:
- Relation avec les fournisseurs et prestataires de services,
- Gestion des interventions et des factures,
Services généraux:
- Gestion des archives,
En tant que membre de l'équipe sécurité:
- Gestion des alarmes (effraction et feu),
- Distribution des clés, gestion des coffres forts,
- Relations avec les prestataires en matière de sécurité.
Locaux:
- Mise en place et suivi des travaux dans les locaux Luxembourg
- Organisation des déménagements internes,
- Tenue à jour des plans et procédures logistiques,
- Relations avec les régies immobilières (travaux immeuble et fonctionnement bureaux)
Profil recherché:
- Expérience similaire de quelques années
- Aisance informatique (Microsoft Office) et goût pour les chiffres
- Maîtrise de français et et bonnes connaissances du de l'anglais (oral, écrit)
- Capacité à travailler en équipe, sens de l'organisation et rigueur
- Polyvalence, flexibilité
- Aisance dans les contacts
- Très bonne présentation
