**BLACKRIDGE GROUP RECRUTE POUR SON CLIENT UN FACILITY MANAGER (H/F)**
**Mission**:
- Prendre en compte et analyser les besoins des Clients ;
- Rédiger et calculer les offres commerciales ;
- Présenter les offres auprès des Clients et assurer le suivi ;
- Diriger la mise en œuvre des projets commandés ;
- Réceptionner les travaux réalisés ;
- Suivre la rentabilité des opérations ;
**Profil**:
- Diplôme de niveau Bac+2 à Bac+5 en technique du bâtiment, idéalement en électricité ;
- Expérience d'au moins 5 ans en gestion de projets ;
- Sens des priorités et des relations commerciales ;
- Bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques (MS Office) ;
- Maitrise des langues française et allemande. Le Luxembourgeois et l'Anglais sont souhaitables.
